One of my favorite classes was Visual Studies with Mr. Cerrone. In the 10th grade, we did public service announcements. I really enjoyed working on that project because it let us express how we feel about anything in our community that needs to be changed for the better. That's why this project was one of my favorites. The class benefited us because this is a media school. It prepares us for the future if anyone of us would want to work in production or photography. The best class I've had in this school was my Media class with Mr. Cerrone. He showed me how to use a camcorder, take photographs and many different things that have to with making a good P.S.A. (public service announcement). The most important thing I learned from this class was group work. I wish I could take this class all day. Rohan Vines
My Journalism teacher Ms. Johannes is one of the best people that I have ever met. She is more than just a teacher to me; she’s like a mother/counselor/teacher/friend. I feel that I can really confide in her. Not only has she educated me to prepare me for my future career, we talk about school, God, home and just life in general. I can honestly say that I love my teacher. She is an amazing person. Ashley Belton
The class I will be telling you about is my English class with Ms. Cone. Her class is one of the most interesting experiences that I have had at Jonathan Levin High School. I love her class. She makes everything so clear and understandable. Ms. Cone’s English class is interesting and always surprising. Ms. Cone always comes up with something new and fun. You want to be in a class where you always learn something new, even if it’s not about the subject. Who know you might learn a few new words here and there? Delilah
One teacher I that I have had in this school that I really did not mind having was Ms.Hull. She taught Earth Science and she made it a lot of fun and easy to learn. Unlike other teachers, Ms. Hull explained things in such a way where every student understood the lesson and everything else she taught in a matter of 20 minutes. Sometimes we were even taught 2 lessons in one class period. Ms. Hull always came in the class with a smile on her face. Everyday she was always ready to make people laugh and have a good time learning. One thing I really have to say about Ms. Hull is that she never left the class until everyone understood the lesson that was given. Rondell
Mr. Dickenson is one of my favorite teachers. He keeps it serious but fun at the same time. He’s a great teacher because he builds a strong teacher-student relationship. That's something not all teachers do. He’s not like a fake teachers. He keeps it real 100%. He tells you what you are doing right or wrong and how to fix it. He’s like a father figure to most of us. To me he’s one of the best teachers because he knows how to stay on top of us while making it fun. Jose Costas
A teacher that I will never forget is Ms.Massoud. I had her freshman year as my math teacher. She influenced me in so many ways and showed me how to stay focused in class .She was one teacher who believed in me and knew I had the ability to always do better. I ended up passing her class with a 95, which I earned. She ended up going back to Canada. She was an amazing teacher and I will always remember her. Ashley C
